Energy Village Hotel is situated at Dingeweg between the towns of Uithuizen and Uithuizermeeden, at a short distance from Eemshaven. The complex consists of linked hotel room units and has primarily been set up as a ‘sleeping village’ for personnel working in Eemshaven.

Because of the flexible building system used for the buildings, the hotel capacity can be expanded within a very short space of time to meet the need for accommodation. When a firm temporarily needs, for example, an extra 200 beds for its employees, additional hotel units can be installed and furnished almost immediately. The maximum capacity of Energy Village Hotel is 1,000 to 1,500 beds.
